Simple integration (JavaScript) allows you to count visits, sales and pageviews, so you can reward affiliates for users forwarded to your site (visit), every purchase made (sale – percent or fixed value) or viewing an important site/notification (f.ex. contact site, thank-you page). API integration gives you unlimited possibilities – you can track f.ex. number of activated accounts, pop-ups shown etc.
Yes. Every partner got his own account, registered by you or himself. Thanks to this account he can track his statistics in every program managed on Partneo he joined. Partner accounts are free. Try it out by switching between owner and partner account in application.
Of course! Then you should manually add every his recommendation. It allows you to compare his statistics to affiliates promoting you the other way and to keep track on every commision – you won’t forget or go wrong if it comes to payout.
After registering in Partneo – you integrate it with your website you want to track actions on. To do that, you need JavaScript codes (you can find them in your account) or API documentation (you’ll get access to it when you buy plan Standard or higher). Every user clicking on link or ad from your affiliate, will get a so called „cookie” (small file used by web browsers to recognize user preferences), which will contain id of this affiliate. Then user visiting your site and taking actions on it – will bring commision to affiliate with id from the cookie.
It depends on your previous decision. In your program preferences you set if commision is granted to affiliate that have redirected user first (he informed client of your offer) or last (he made your client buy).

Statistics are tracked in real time so just refresh the Partneo page and it will be there! There can occur slight delay from time to time, but no bigger than one minute.
Partneo is a database and tracking device – there are no financial operations within the program. Every amount shown in the app is an iformation, helping you to settle with your affiliates. Money transfers should be done in your financial software or bank account webpage.
Default amount is 50 (there is no currency shown anywhere, so you can charge in any you want to), but you can change that in your account preferences.
It is possible, but remember to discuss it with your affiliates first!
Yes! Your every affiliate can have his individual terms, including actions he is rewarded for! Grouping affiliates can also be helpful to treat them differently.
Application
Difference is mainly visual. Match them to link construction on your website. We recommend SEO links though – they are „friendliest” to search engines, helping your positions raise.
It’s an unique name, used for API integration. If you got some actions of the same type (f.ex. viewing many important pages) – set different id for each of them.
There are two ways of adding affiliates: you can add them manually, or send them link to signup form or publish it on your site. You’ll find the form and link to it in „integration” section within the app.
Of course, he just need to put in the same data he used to register. Or he can put another email to create separate account.
It depeds on your agreement with your affiliates. We recommend treat them as gross values, especially when tracking sales – the amount client actually paid is transfered to the Partneo system.

You don’t need to do anything! Everytime you add a new material – Partneo will notify all your affiliates automatically. You can edit notification content in „Message templates” tab.
Because actions counted in Partneo are actually unique visits and pageviws. That means every next visit or pageview from the same IP within 72 hours is rejected. You don’t want to pay twice if user just refreshes the page, right? And don’t worry – all other actions are treated normally, f.ex. one user can buy something twice in one day and it will be counted in.
Of course. You can set automatic acceptance on, off or delayed to get some time for verification.

Uptade your clients via e-mail, newsletter or site notification, that you’re starting your own affiliate program. Search for poeple or companies, you think they can be your „ambassadors” (f.ex. bloggers) and write to them. Post info about your program everywhere you can – there are many forums and catalogues gathering people or sites interested in affiliation. Think about potential partners, who may sell your product along with theirs. That’s just a few ideas.
There are many ways you can get affiliates with minimal effort. Start with posting a form on your website, where users can register as your affiliates. You can find HTML code of such form in application in „Integration” tab.
Make sure they know they can’t lose when joining you. The only thing you offer them is an additional income and broadening their range of products/services.
It depends on many things – your prices and margin, commisions offered by your competitors, your affiliate’s expectations… Try to analyze all of those and set percent satisfying both you and your (potential) affiliates.
It’s totally up to you. Banners promoting your company/product/service and links to preffered landing pages are the first things you should think about. In „files” tab you can hand over some presentation materials, instructions, offer templates, logos etc.
Discuss it with them. We recommend payouts on monthly basis, if affiliate’s balance exceeded given threshold.
Just click on the blue arrow „Send message about missing data” next to chosen partner in „Finance > Balance and payouts” – he will recieve a proper e-mail notification right away. You can edit its’ content in „My account > Message templates”.
